Promotes inclusive selection processes Join the **Hy\-Line Perú** team as **Integrated Management System (Quality and SSOMA) Supervisor!** At **Hy\-Line Perú**, a leading company in poultry genetics and high-quality layer bird marketing, we are currently seeking a **SIG Supervisor** to join our team. **What are we looking for?** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) roles, including at least 1 year in the livestock sector (agro-industrial or poultry). **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and implement the Annual Safety and Health activities and training program. * Supervise compliance with SSOMA operational controls at assigned facilities. * Support operational departments in meeting legal SSOMA requirements. * Verify traceability and compliance of processes. * Monitor progress of occupational safety and health (OSH) management indicators. * Promote continuous improvement in the Integrated Management System. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Animal Science Engineering, or related degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Diploma or specialization in Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. **What do we offer?** * General labor regime. * Daily meal allowance. * EPS (Health Insurance) and corporate benefits. * Participation in process improvement and automation projects. *At Hy\-Line Perú, we promote inclusive, non-discriminatory selection processes.* Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * What is your approximate gross monthly salary expectation for this position?
