Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Technical Assistant to collaborate in preparing technical files for road construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in the preparation of technical files for road construction projects 2. Development of unit price analysis and budgeting 3. Collaborative work with other engineers within the company A construction company requires a Civil Engineer and/or Technical Assistant to assist in preparing technical files for road construction projects (highways). Work Location: Office at Av. Separadora Industrial, Ate District. **Requirements:** * Graduate, bachelor's degree candidate, or holder of a Civil Engineering degree. * Experience in formulating technical files for urban road infrastructure or highway projects. * Proficiency in software relevant to the field: S10, AutoCAD (Civil 3D), MS Project, etc. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Knowledge of APUs and budgeting. * Familiarity with current regulations, technical specifications, etc. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and review of quantity take-offs. Accuracy and attention to detail in calculations are required. * Development of unit price analysis, calculation of cost impacts per item, and budgeting. * Review of discipline-specific drawings for compatibility purposes during quantity take-off preparation. * Support in drafting technical specifications, descriptive reports, and technical reports. * Close collaboration with other engineers within the company to ensure effective integration of various disciplines in the technical file. * Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor, commensurate with the nature of the position. * Willingness to work in Lima and occasionally travel to Yungay (project location). **Employment Type:** * Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
