




Our company is seeking outstanding professionals for the position of Technical Office Manager for a road construction project in Lima. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role within the construction sector. * Experience in public-sector road construction projects. * Proficiency in software relevant to the field. * Strong ability to prepare technical reports. * Availability to work in Lima. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze approved planning and budgeting to generate change orders based on an integrated project vision coordinated with all involved departments. * Coordinate and review the consistency of information reported by departments and/or responsible parties that may impact costs, aiming to minimize errors in performance reporting. * Monitor the preparation of progress valuations. * Consolidate field data from the project and develop productivity, progress, and resource indicators and deviation analyses. * Properly track engineering deliverables and technical documentation (drawings, RFIs, substitutions, detailed engineering, value engineering) required by specifications or contractual scope. * Ensure all changes are fully documented and verify As-Built drawings, ensuring proper management in accordance with established criteria. * Responsible for verifying the integration of various disciplines within the technical file and monitoring observations raised by supervision, as well as ensuring their timely resolution. * Other duties commensurate with the nature of the position and as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Position Type:** Full-time Position Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary?
