Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or bachelor's degree holder in Systems Engineering or related fields with experience in SQL and infrastructure monitoring to manage incidents, backups, and production deployments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Infrastructure monitoring and technical incident management 2. Execution and verification of backup processes 3. Proficiency in SQL language and systems such as SQL Server and Oracle Requirements: Education: Technician or bachelor's degree graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Database: Proficiency in SQL language for structured queries. Systems: INTERMEDIATE knowledge of database engines such as SQL Server and Oracle. Office Tools: Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and data handling). Main Responsibilities: Infrastructure Monitoring: Real-time supervision of server performance, storage systems, and networks. Incident Management: Detection, reporting, and resolution of technical failures or connectivity issues. Backups: Execution and verification of backup processes to ensure disaster recovery. Database: Execute basic SQL queries and scripts for information extraction. Production Deployments: Perform scheduled off-hours production deployments. Ticket Management: Log and track user-requested tickets. Script Execution: Execute basic SQL queries and scripts for information extraction.
