Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as managing computer equipment inventory and providing technical support to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. 2. Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software technical failures. 3. Inventory management and technical support to users. Perform preventive maintenance of computer equipment: internal/external cleaning, hardware inspection, driver and software updates. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical failures reported by site users. Carry out corrective maintenance: component replacement, operating system reinstallation, and data recovery. Manage and update the site's computer equipment inventory: status, location, and replacement requirements. Provide in-person technical support to users and record each case handled. Report equipment status, maintenance progress, and spare parts or replacement needs to the project coordinator. Ensure proper use and maintenance of the site's technological equipment and facilities.
