We are seeking top talent for the position of: Position: **Mechanical-Electrical Engineer / Electrical Installation Supervisor** Location: Cercado de Lima (Av. Argentina) Type: Industrial (factory) **Functions and Responsibilities:** Responsible for validation, supervision, issuance, and delivery of reports and documents as required for the Mechanical-Electrical Engineering specialty related to the corresponding project. * Lead the implementation of the electrical power network, electrical panels, HVAC system, and elevators, in coordination with the team under supervision and/or subcontractors. * Validate and/or integrate drawings, technical memoranda, data sheets, procedures, etc. * Propose and develop mechanical-electrical engineering solutions for the project, including descriptive and calculation memoranda, technical specifications, and other documents pertaining to mechanical-electrical installations. * Conduct on-site validation of electrical, mechanical, and gas installations at the project site; prepare testing protocols. * Submit monthly reports and valuations for electrical, mechanical, gas, HVAC, and elevator installations. * Supervise mechanical-electrical and gas installation works for multifamily residential, corporate office, retail commercial, industrial, and other projects. * Develop comprehensive mechanical-electrical installation projects, obtaining formal approval from the relevant authority. * Integrate the proposed mechanical-electrical engineering solution with architectural proposals and other disciplines involved in project development and planning. * Prepare cost items that will form part of the project budget within this specialty, as well as perform quantity take-offs, coordinated with and advised by the cost, budgeting, and construction programming specialist and the construction works specialist. * Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System applicable to this role. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or related discipline. * 3–5 years of experience in supervisory, installation management, or specialist engineering roles. * Work areas: Projects, public and private construction works. * Industry/Sector: Construction, buildings, and industrial facilities. Knowledge: * Project supervision or management experience. * Knowledge of electrical installation practices. * Training courses/workshops/specialization in air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
