We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Position Objective:** Project Document Control Management **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer, control, and ensure proper management of construction project documentation, guaranteeing that technical, contractual, and administrative documents remain up-to-date, traceable, and accessible per project procedures and corporate standards, supporting achievement of quality, schedule, and project control objectives. * Administer the project’s document control system. * Receive, register, classify, and distribute project documentation. * Ensure correct document coding, versioning, and traceability. * Control drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documents. * Maintain updated master lists and document matrices. * Guarantee use of current documentation on site. * Support internal and external audits. * Administer the project’s document control system. **What will you bring?** **Software, processes, and tools:** **Specific Knowledge:** \- Document management in construction projects. Proficiency with DMS systems (Aconex, SharePoint, etc.). Version control and traceability. Intermediate-level Excel. Quality standards (ISO 9001\) – desirable. **Specific Experience:** 2 to 5 years of experience in construction project document control. Academic Qualifications, Accreditations, Training Technical, technological, or professional degree in Document Management, Administration, Engineering, Archival Science, or related fields. **IT Skills:** Advanced Excel Aconex SharePoint **Personal Competencies:** Organization and attention to detail. Effective communication. Multidisciplinary team collaboration. Document discipline and adherence to procedures. **Work Location and Schedule:** Cajamarquilla, Lima, Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day (On-site).
