Ongoing training At **Protiviti Peru**, a global consulting firm, we are currently seeking an **IT Support Technician** to join an important client. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users (help desk and direct assistance). * Manage and track incident tickets. * Administer and support communication networks, servers, and switches. * Manage access and permissions via Active Directory. * Conduct equipment inventory and technical documentation. * Address user requests across all levels (including management). * Perform occasional on-site visits as needed. **Requirements** * Technical graduate or certified in Systems, Computing, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in IT support or similar roles**. * Knowledge of: * Microsoft (Windows environments) * VPN * Networks (switches, servers) * Security (Fortinet preferred) * Additional studies in networking or technical support. * Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. **Conditions** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Location: **San Borja** * Occasional visits to **Puente Piedra or Huachipa** * Transportation covered by the company (applications) * Employment type: Contract: **6 months, renewable** **Benefits** * Mentorship programs * Ongoing training * Competitive salary * Formal payroll with statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application question(s): * What is your availability to start? * How many years of experience do you have as a support technician?
