Learning in commercial management and logistics operations We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Final-year student in International Business, Foreign Trade, Administration, or related fields. * Interest in commercial, import, and logistics areas. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Familiarity with digital tools and willingness to learn commercial and operational tracking platforms. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode. * Preferably residing in San Juan de Lurigancho or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prospect customers interested in import, inspection, freight, and customs services. * Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and attendance at trade fairs. * Generate and manage a personal portfolio of prospects. * Attend to and follow up on customers acquired through social media campaigns. * Track import orders. * Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics operators. * Support tracking of cargo nationalization. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **CONDITIONS:** * Hybrid work mode (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). * Training and career development. * Fixed remuneration per RXH plus commissions. * Learning in commercial management, imports, and logistics operations. * Monthly payments.
