What are we looking for? * Completed secondary education. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a Watchman, Traffic Controller, Safety Assistant, or in similar roles within construction, infrastructure, installation, or building projects. * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Availability to work on-site. What will be your main responsibilities? * Safely guide maneuvers of heavy machinery, trucks, and other mobile equipment. * Control pedestrian and vehicular traffic within the project site. * Accurately demarcate and mark work zones using cones, mesh barriers, warning tapes, Stop/Go paddles, and other safety equipment. * Identify and report unsafe acts or conditions to the SSOMA Supervisor. * Maintain continuous communication with operators, supervisors, and site personnel during maneuvers. * Halt activities when an imminent risk to people or equipment exists. * Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Participate in safety talks, inspections, and other preventive project activities. * Contribute to compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) procedures.
