We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** What the role entails: Supervise the operation of utility equipment and facilities through technical, operational, and preventive maintenance plans—both internally managed and outsourced. Key challenges of the role: * Coordinate execution of preventive and corrective utility activities according to technical resource availability and budget constraints. * Collaborate with production teams to analyze incidents caused by or originating from utilities, establishing actions to improve reliability and efficiency outcomes. * Analyze and report key KPIs for the Maintenance Department and Plant Management (e.g., preventive and autonomous plan compliance, electricity consumption, diesel consumption, CO2\), to identify opportunities for improvement in management practices and investment decisions. * Control scheduling and delivery of autonomous maintenance orders to operators, ensuring adherence to procedures defined by the CoE Supply. **Requirements** Who are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial utilities management or auxiliary services maintenance within industrial plants. * Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI tools. * Willingness to work on-site in Huachipa. **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
