Responsible for ensuring products arrive at stores on time. In charge of completing dessert decorations. Receiving and verifying orders or shipping documents. Preparing and coordinating shipments. Issuing and controlling documentation (shipping guides, invoices, dispatch orders, delivery notes). Tracking shipments to ensure on-time deliveries. Coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and customers. Recording and updating information in internal systems. Resolving incidents (delays, shortages, documentation errors).
