We are currently recruiting new talent for our team **Specialty Cantonese Oriental Restaurant**, and are looking for 3 **kitchen assistants** for our location at Larcomar. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Minimum 6 months of experience as a KITCHEN ASSISTANT in fast food, take-out, or food outlets located inside shopping centers or malls. * Knowledge of oriental or Asian menus (desirable but not mandatory). * Residency in areas near Larcomar (Miraflores, SJM, San Borja, Surco) or close to the workplace. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including openings, mid-shifts, and closings. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene and sanitation protocols. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comply with and ensure food safety and hygiene standards at all times. * Maintain constant and effective communication with your immediate supervisor. * Prepare mise en place following established technical and sanitary standards. * Execute dish preparation according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality protocols. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of your workstation during and after service. **BENEFITS:** * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Career path and professional growth opportunities. * Full coverage of all statutory benefits. * 100% meal coverage. * Corporate discounts on other brands within our group. * Family allowance (if you have minor children).
