Prepare payroll-related accounting entries and monthly accruals A leading company in the entertainment and recreation industry is seeking an enthusiastic professional for the position of **PAYROLL ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduates, technical or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience handling payroll * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Knowledge of labor legislation * Experience with Starsoft (not mandatory) * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer contract management and renewals. * Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, modifications, and beneficiary updates in T-REGISTRO; maintain T-REGISTRO accuracy. * Monitor the annual vacation schedule. * Process procedures (ESSALUD) and subsidies. * Calculate payroll for multiple companies, including overtime, mobility allowances, fifth-category income tax, AFP, ONP, and Essalud. * Calculate social benefits, including vacations, bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), and profit-sharing. * Verify the opening of employee earnings accounts. * Manage policy renewals for SCTR Health-Pension, Life Insurance Law, inclusions, and exclusions. * File PLAME declarations and tax payments, and manage AFPnet. * Prepare payroll-related accounting entries and monthly accruals **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment starting from the first day of work * Statutory benefits * Pleasant working environment.
