Here, you’ll learn from experts, work on high-impact projects, and stay consistently ahead in technology. ###### **JOB DESCRIPTION: Data Quality Engineer** We are looking for a **Data Quality Engineer / Data Quality Analyst** to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of our clients’ most valuable asset: their data. Your objective will be to design, automate, and monitor data quality controls in AWS Cloud environments, enabling early anomaly detection and supporting high-impact remediation plans. #### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Define, implement, and monitor end-to-end data quality standards and rules. * Execute and track data quality controls, validating data loads, analyzing results, and supporting data remediation. * Perform data reconciliation and balancing processes across multiple sources to ensure absolute consistency. * Design and automate validation rules, monitoring, and automated alerts to detect anomalies or inconsistencies early. * Conduct root cause analysis for deviations and support *Data Stewards* in continuous improvement initiatives. * Design data quality dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into data health. #### **What we need from you:** * **3+ years** of experience in *Data Quality*, Data Quality Analyst, or related roles. * **Advanced SQL proficiency**, including complex queries, data analysis, and reconciliations. * Practical experience with **AWS Cloud**, using tools such as **AWS Glue Data Quality**, **AWS Glue DataBrew**, **Amazon Athena**, and **Amazon QuickSight**. * Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and identify deviations in data processes. * **Preferred:** Knowledge of data governance tools, observability, data lineage, and data auditing. #### **The profile that fits** * You are passionate about technology and keep up-to-date (because falling behind is not an option). * You work goal-oriented and thrive in demanding environments. * You communicate clearly and build trust with both clients and teammates. * You analyze, solve problems, and negotiate with sound judgment. * You are autonomous, collaborative, and adapt well to flat organizational structures. **What you get** * Indefinite-term contract \+ competitive salary aligned with your level and performance. * Continuous training (real, not superficial). * Personalized career path: technical, functional, or managerial—you choose your direction. * Solid benefits: EPS health insurance, Food Card. **If you want serious evolution** Bluetab, an IBM Company, is for those who seek impact, growth, and teamwork.
