Job Summary: We are seeking a Structural Designer for Metal Structures to develop structural models, perform calculations, and supervise workshop personnel on metalworking projects. Supervising workshop personnel A Peruvian metalworking company serving the industrial and mining sectors is looking for a **Structural Designer for Metal Structures**, with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in TEKLA Structure and AutoCAD (mandatory). * Knowledge of SAP 2000 and Inventor (preferred). * Residence in areas adjacent to Ate. **Employment Conditions:** * Competitive market-based salary. * MYPE payroll (50% of benefits). * Availability to work in the district of **Ate**, **Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **Responsibilities:** * **Develop structural models in TEKLA**, ensuring technical coherence and constructability. * Perform **structural calculations** in accordance with project requirements and current technical regulations. * **Model new projects**, developing accurate technical drawings and models for proper execution. * Carry out **material quantity takeoffs**, ensuring accuracy in quantities and resource optimization. * Prepare construction cost estimates, considering material costs, labor, and execution timelines. * Prepare and monitor **work schedules**, tracking progress and adherence to established deadlines. * **Supervise workshop personnel**, coordinating tasks, verifying compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
