Job Summary: We are seeking a Backend Developer with experience in C# and .NET to develop and maintain applications, implement business logic, and collaborate within an agile team. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we operate as the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport and for the most important shopping malls and companies in Lima. **Requirements:** \- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; or a certified technical diploma in Computer Science, Systems, or Computing. \- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience exclusively as a Backend Developer. \- Languages and Frameworks: C\#, .NET Framework, .NET (6, 7, 8\), ASP.NET Core (Web API), and Windows Forms (WinForms). \- Architecture: Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, basic DDD concepts, dependency injection, and design patterns (Repository, Unit of Work, Factory, Singleton). \- Data Access: Entity Framework / EF Core, ADO.NET, SQL Server, MySQL, stored procedures, indexes, and transaction handling. \- Testing and Quality: Unit Testing (xUnit / MSTest / NUnit), Moq / FakeItEasy, validations, and Logging (Serilog / NLog). \- DevOps and Tools: Git (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps), Git Flow, basic CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines, and .NET application deployment. \- Current Technologies: REST APIs, Swagger / OpenAPI, Docker (basic), and AI-powered tools (Claude, Replit, Copilot). \- Methodologies: Scrum / Agile **What We Offer:** \- Hybrid work model, combining office presence with flexibility. \- Compensation of S/2,000, with formal employment registration from day one and all statutory benefits. \- Safe transportation with discounts on our taxi fleet. \- Corporate discounts with partner brands. \- A collaborative, flat, and approachable culture where every individual can propose and lead projects. \- An environment that values your well-being and professional growth. **Available Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 06:00 pm. **Responsibilities:** * Development and maintenance of WinForms, .NET Framework, and .NET Core applications in C\#. * Implementation of business logic following Clean Architecture and refactoring of legacy code. * Design and maintenance of SQL Server databases. * Creation and consumption of REST APIs, and writing of unit tests. * Participation in team meetings (Sprint Planning, retrospectives) and collaboration with stakeholders. * Identification, analysis, and efficient resolution of technical issues with minimal supervision. * Continuous learning of new technologies and constant skill improvement.
