Job Summary: We are seeking a Cost Assistant with accounting experience to analyze inventories, report inconsistencies, and verify ledgers, with a focus on expense control. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on accounting cost analysis and monitoring We are looking for a Cost Assistant who meets the following profile: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the accounting area (MANDATORY) Knowledge of Accounting ERP systems Knowledge and proficiency in SAP B1 (MANDATORY) Advanced Office software skills (desirable) Must reside in areas near Huachipa (MANDATORY) Immediate availability · Responsibilities Analyze and identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. Monitor and/or report inconsistencies in designated accounting accounts, according to cost. Perform monthly and annual ledger verifications related to stock cards (kardex), under supervision. Review expenses impacting costs. Comply with the organization's quality and safety management system policies, regulations, directives, procedures, or other requirements.
