Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Processes Analyst to optimize production processes, analyze data, and monitor manufacturing timelines for medical furniture. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization and analysis of in-plant production processes 2. Preparation of production reports and indicators 3. Identification of improvement opportunities and bottlenecks At JHS Medical, a leading company in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of medical furniture, we are looking for the best candidate for the position of PRODUCTION PROCESSES ANALYST, focused on data analysis, time control, and production process optimization. Responsibilities: * Document and analyze in-plant production processes. * Conduct time and motion studies for operations. * Prepare production reports and indicators. * Support production planning and tracking. * Identify improvement opportunities in operational processes. * Prepare production control reports and Excel databases. * Establish objectives and metrics to monitor the entire process. * Implement strategies to improve productivity and quality. * Identify bottlenecks, problems (and their root causes), and necessary improvements or solutions. * Responsible for creating and documenting processes aligned with organizational goals and needs. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical studies in Industrial Administration, Industrial Process Control, or related fields. * 2 years of experience performing similar functions. * Complementary courses in process management. * Knowledge of time and motion studies. * Experience in documenting in-plant processes. * Knowledge of production planning or control. * Experience in the metal-mechanical and/or food industry (mandatory). * Advanced Excel skills.
