**Mission:**
Ensure the evolution and governance of secure, scalable, and resilient software architectures aligned with business needs by defining standards, best practices, and technical guidelines; coordinating with cross-functional teams; evaluating technologies that drive innovation and operational efficiency; and ensuring regulatory compliance, security, observability, and DevSecOps at the regional level.

* Define and govern software architecture guidelines.
* Design and promote reusable architectural archetypes.
* Design business-aligned software architectures.
* Optimize time-to-market for digital solutions.
* Define technology stack and adoption criteria.
* Establish development and integration patterns.
* Ensure technology governance, compliance, and security.
**Application Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
* 7 years of experience in software development.
* 3 years of experience as a Software Architect.
* Technical-level English proficiency.
* Proficiency in GitHub for version control and collaboration.
* CI/CD deployment automation and Actions/pipelines.
* Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and intermediate knowledge of .Net and Java, including frameworks (Spring Boot, NestJS, Vue).
* Experience with API Management and security (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
* Familiarity with Event-Driven, Microservices, Microfrontends, and Monolithic architectures.
* Technical documentation using tools such as Draw.io and ArchiMate (C4 Model, UML).
* Knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure or AWS) and hybrid architectures.
* Technology evaluation for framework and library selection.
* AI-powered code automation
**Desired Knowledge:**
* Design and definition of microservices-, API-, and distributed application-oriented architectures.
* Design and architectural patterns (Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, CQRS, etc.).
* Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
* DevSecOps: integrating security into the software development lifecycle.
* Observability and monitoring (Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace).
* Functional knowledge of the financial business (desirable).
* Certifications in enterprise architecture (TOGAF, SAFe, AWS/Azure Architect).
