In this Operator role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market—placing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. * Receive packaging materials, verifying labels and dispatch slips to ensure correct material for the product being manufactured; reject defective materials after prior notification to the lead operator. * Operate cutting and packaging machines, ensuring they remain in optimal condition and actively contribute to continuous process improvement. * Efficiently execute count and/or product changeovers, meeting established time requirements. * Inspect products according to defined frequency and segregate those failing to meet quality specifications. * Complete control checklists accurately and report out-of-range variables to the lead operator. Actively participate in bi-hourly line meetings. * Perform daily machine cleaning and maintain order and cleanliness of your assigned line in accordance with the 5S methodology. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications: * Completed secondary education. * One year of experience in similar roles operating machinery; experience with paper packaging or consumer goods packaging machines is preferred. * Basic proficiency in Office / Microsoft 365\. **Benefits** Our people drive everything we achieve, which is why we invest in providing them with what they need to grow and thrive.
