Verify the proper operation of equipment and infrastructure TANTA Restaurant Group is seeking **3 Maintenance Operators** for daytime shifts and **1 for night shift** ***Interested candidates please send CV via WhatsApp to 960271364*** **REQUIREMENTS** * Availability to work in Chacarilla, Jockey Plaza, or San Miguel (1 night shift position) * Availability for a fixed daytime schedule of **7am\-4pm**, with 1 day off per week. * For night shift applicants: availability required **in San Miguel from 11pm\-8am. Night hours are considered** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Maintenance Operator **BENEFITS** * Full payroll registration from day one * Base salary of 1250 \+300 RC\= 1550 soles per month * Corporate benefits * 100% EPS health insurance coverage after 3 months **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** of restaurant facilities (basic electricity, plumbing, painting, and carpentry). * Attend **maintenance requests** reported by different departments within the establishment. * Verify the **proper operation of equipment and infrastructure** of the establishment. * Carry out **minor repairs**, such as replacing light fixtures, adjusting furniture, and fixing faucets. * Support **maintenance of gastronomic equipment** and basic systems within the establishment. * Comply with company-established **safety and maintenance standards**.
