**Job Description** We are ARSI TI SAC, a company specializing in Networks and Telecommunications. We are currently seeking personnel — graduates of Computer Science and Information Technology, Network and Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields — to build a career path with us and fill the position of **IT Support Technician**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Install Cat 6, 6A, 7, and higher-category network cabling points. * Install video surveillance cameras, fire detection systems, access control systems, etc. * Respond to customer support requests received via phone calls, emails, scheduled visits, and/or messaging platforms. * Generate support tickets and validate their status daily until closure. * Track user requests to resolution, report on their status, and escalate requests as required by service operations. * Record and update in the designated tool all information generated during request tracking. * Confirm ticket closure with the user upon completion of support. * Network consulting. * Conduct coverage studies. * Manage network implementation projects (structured cabling, switches, access points). * Configure network equipment (switches, APs, WLCs). * Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environments: user creation, license assignment, corporate email configuration, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and basic policies. * Manage and administer SharePoint for collaboration, document upload, permissions, site structure, and end-user support. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience providing remote and/or on-site technical support to end users (Mandatory). * Proficiency in remote support applications (Mandatory). * Intermediate-level software (office suite) support. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Knowledge of structured cabling (Cat 6 and 6A). * Knowledge of conventional / addressable fire detection systems (Mandatory). * Knowledge of analog/IP video surveillance systems (Mandatory). * Knowledge of access control systems (Mandatory). * Experience installing conduit-based wiring systems (Mandatory). * Valid driver’s license (Mandatory). **What We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive salary. * Statutory life insurance. * Occupational accident insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Salary:** S/.1,800.00 per month Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
