Job Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Assistant to plan, coordinate, and supervise dispatches, ensure on-time deliveries, and propose logistics process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for top talent to fill the *Distribution Assistant* position. **Job Functions:** * Plan and schedule daily dispatches to stores. * Coordinate with the warehouse for order preparation (picking and packing). * Monitor delivery compliance and timeliness. * Manage documentation (delivery guides, signed receipts). * Coordinate with Warehouse and Sales regarding order availability. * Supervise dispatch personnel (assistants and drivers). * Prepare distribution and delivery compliance reports. * Propose improvements in logistics processes. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, or Logistics. * Female candidates only. * Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution, dispatch, or logistics. * Immediate and full availability. * Willingness to work in Central Lima or nearby areas. * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday. **Benefits:** * Payroll enrollment from day one. * Salary: S/1500.00 * Overtime pay. * Career development path. *If you agree with this offer and meet the requirements, seize this opportunity and APPLY WITH US!* Salary: S/.1,400.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
