Responsibilities * Generate delivery notes for product dispatch. * Prepare shipping guides. * Issue payment receipts (receipts, invoices, and credit notes). * Verify payments. * Provide administrative support for the logistics department. Requirements * Technical or university studies in **Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in administrative, logistics, or billing functions. * Knowledge of administrative and commercial documentation management. * High sense of responsibility and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
