Collaborative team We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Answer and screen telephone calls, emails, and correspondence. * Prepare reports and presentations. * Maintain and update files and documents. * Manage office supplies and coordinate courier and mail services. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Prepare profitability reports. * Process tax payments. * Issue invoices and receipts. **Key Skills and Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * High levels of confidentiality and professionalism. * Ability to build professional relationships and work effectively in a team.
