Job Summary: This role involves managing merchandise logistics, including loading, verification, delivery, and customer interaction, ensuring efficient product flow and client satisfaction. Customer service and continuous communication Company: Meiggs Food Salary: S/1400 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mode: Field work Zone: Surco Viejo **Responsibilities:** * Loading and verification of merchandise item by item. * Coordination and validation of delivery schedules. * Delivery and control of merchandise with delivery guide and receipt signature. * Handling customer inquiries and complaints. * Recording and returning undelivered products. * Continuous communication with administration and customers. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch or similar roles. * Experience in inventory, stock ledger (kardex), counting, and merchandise organization. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Completed secondary education or basic technical studies. * Ability to lift packages weighing 15 to 30 kg. **Benefits:** * PYME payroll registration * 15 days of vacation * Half-month bonus in July and December * Uniform and photo ID badge * Personal protective equipment Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
