Job Summary: We are seeking a Plant Manager to supervise operations, lead process improvements, and ensure the proper execution of work in the metal-mechanical sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Currently, we are looking for a **Plant Manager** who meets the following profile: **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for supervising all on-site personnel activities and resolving critical situations to ensure proper execution of scheduled field and plant work. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university graduate in Industrial Engineering / Administration or related fields. * Desirable: Courses in Occupational Safety and Health. * Basic Microsoft Office training. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a plant operator or similar role. * Preferred: 1 year of experience as Plant Manager in this industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor all activities related to the production process both inside and outside the plant, in accordance with company-wide guidelines. * Direct and control process organization improvements at the plant level, in compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Schedule and coordinate material procurement requests. * Monitor production increases, asset capacity, and costs while maintaining quality standards. * Supervise operations and implement corrective actions as needed. * Review and approve purchase requests for projects both inside and outside the plant. * Review weekly payroll, petty cash, and contractor valuations under their supervision. * Prepare and submit daily work schedules for field assignments. * Prepare reports based on visits conducted to various project sites. * Supervise and control work units under their responsibility. **BENEFITS:** * Opportunity for growth and learning. * Positive work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Willingness to work in Chosica.
