Job Details **Salary:** S/. 1200 **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday (2 P.M. to 10 P.M.) **Employment Type:** Full-time Requirements * Must be available to work in **Santa Anita**. * Preferably reside in nearby areas. * Education in Physical Education, Sports Science, or certification as a Trainer (preferred). * Prior experience as a gym trainer (minimum 6 months – preferred). * Knowledge of functional training, weight training, and physical conditioning. * Proactivity and strong customer service attitude. * No use of personal cell phones during working hours. * Punctuality and responsibility. Responsibilities * Advise and guide clients on the proper use of equipment and exercise routines. * Develop and supervise personalized training plans according to client goals. * Correct posture and prevent injuries. * Provide friendly and motivating client interaction. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the training area. * Support gym activations, challenges, or events.
