We are a Peruvian company in the industrial hardware sector and are currently seeking 01 WELDING OPERATOR to join our team. Requirements: * Minimum of 5 months’ experience as a welding operator. * Knowledge of electric arc welding (SMAW), MIG, and/or basic metalworking tasks. * Basic blueprint reading (OPTIONAL). * Responsible, proactive, and willing to work collaboratively. * Must reside in Northern Lima. Responsibilities: * Perform welding tasks according to technical specifications. * Prepare materials and tools prior to the welding process. * Inspect the quality and finish of welded components. * Comply with industrial safety standards. * Assist in cutting, assembly, and fitting of metal structures. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
