Operational support and coordination with the commercial team A reputable company is seeking a committed and proactive professional to join our team, with the following responsibilities: **Responsibilities** Verify that drivers have their complete PPE at the start, during, and upon completion of each service. Ensure drivers possess required conformity sheets and safety forms at the start of service. Verify that drivers carry additional documents required for specific services (e.g., Nexa and other projects). Validate correct driver attendance registration in the DICON system according to established guidelines. Ensure drivers report every 2 or 4 hours, as specified by the client. Supervise adherence to active breaks within the Fatigue and Drowsiness Program. Conduct GPS tracking for specific services per contractual requirements, upon request from the Commercial Executive. Contact the driver and record any anomalies or unusual stops detected during monitoring. Respond to fatigue, drowsiness, speed, and other alerts by investigating causes with the driver and documenting the incident. Communicate service specifications to drivers with adequate advance notice. Provide operational support for service-related queries and requests in coordination with the Commercial Executive. Maintain a detailed daily log of all incidents and events. Follow up with drivers on training compliance. Review settlements at the end of each service. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** \- Completed secondary education minimum \- Rotating schedule availability: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per week; alternately, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM). \- Preferred: Technical diploma or incomplete studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Management, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience \- Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory).
