




Job Summary: ENGIPERU is seeking a Junior Pre-Sales Engineer to implement, configure, and support software solutions; develop technical proposals and architectures; and collaborate with customers and internal teams. We are currently seeking top-tier professionals to fill the position of* ***Junior Pre-Sales Engineer:*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. * Prior experience in technical support or solution implementation (minimum 6 months to 1 year). * Familiarity with any of the mentioned vendors (Veeam, ESET, Bitdefender, etc.) is desirable. * Basic certifications or willingness to obtain certifications in security and backup solutions. * Languages: Technical English. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implementation, installation, and configuration of solutions, including but not limited to VEEAM, BITDEFENDER, ESET, TRELLIX, SAFETICA, Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD, and other related technologies. * Initial technical support and deployment in accordance with vendor best practices. * Analysis of customer requirements and development of technical proposals for Endpoint (EDR/XDR) solutions. * Design and sizing of DLP and email protection solutions. * Development of architectures and scope definitions for backup and disaster recovery solutions. * Technical support during demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoC), and customer meetings. * Execution, documentation, and technical validation of projects according to customer requirements. * Coordination with internal teams and/or vendors to ensure scope compliance. * Diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of complex incidents. * Technical escalation when necessary. * Functional and technical training on implemented solutions for customers and team members. * Technical documentation, inventory updates, support for evaluations of new technologies and best practices. * Collaboration with support, sales, and project teams. * Other duties related to the job area. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Ongoing training in **cybersecurity** and official certifications. * Competitive market-based salary. * Positive work environment. * Career path within the information security field.
