At Manpower Perú, we seek the best talent to fill the position of **Blasting Master** in the Mining sector — your opportunity for a better future is here! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Blasting Technician (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience in mining drilling and blasting. * Drilling and blasting processes. * Explosive handling (regulations and safety). * Knowledge of drilling patterns. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute the drilling plan according to the production schedule. * Conduct blasts in assigned areas while complying with safety standards. * Coordinate with geomechanics to ensure appropriate working conditions. * Monitor drilling according to the designed pattern. * Control explosive consumption to optimize the loading factor.
