Job Summary: We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to operate and support the BSS stack, ensure the availability of critical systems, and enhance CI/CD pipelines. Key Highlights: 1. Learn about the challenges awaiting you as a DevOps Engineer: * Operate and support the BSS stack in production and non-production environments, managing incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational tasks (deployments, logs, health checks, backups). * Ensure the availability and continuity of critical systems, meeting defined SLAs. * Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and automate operational and deployment tasks. * Operate applications on Kubernetes and cloud environments, resolving incidents at the cluster and associated service levels. * Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure platform performance, capacity, and observability. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * 2–3 years of experience in DevOps or Operations within software or telecommunications environments * Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and managed cloud platforms * Experience administering and troubleshooting Linux and SaaS platforms * Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and basic automation * Experience in observability, monitoring, and incident analysis for production applications * Knowledge of microservices architecture and integration via REST APIs (web services/JSON) * Experience with CRM platforms and configuring interfaces using Low/No-Code technologies. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
