You will work alongside development, QA, and product teams to implement features aligned with business requirements and development best practices. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Develop and maintain backend applications using Java. * Implement new features according to defined requirements. * Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and QA teams. * Participate in code reviews and apply development best practices. * Identify and resolve technical incidents. * Ensure application quality and proper functionality. * Document developments and changes made. **Requirements and Skills** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Java developer (Mid level). * Knowledge of backend development and object-oriented programming. * Experience working with APIs and services. * Familiarity with agile methodologies. * Analytical ability, continuous learning mindset, and teamwork skills. **About Encora** Encora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner for some of the world’s leading enterprises and digital-native companies.
