(Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc) * Knowledge of databases , SQL Server , .NET , C\# , HTML5 , CSS , Azure services . * Familiarity with version control tools and web security knowledge . * Experience integrating with other systems via APIs, connectors, or middleware. * Desired knowledge of Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI. * Ability to perform customizations, develop plugins and workflows, and carry out basic configuration in Dynamics 365\. * Knowledge of security, user and role administration within the Dynamics ecosystem. * Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, C\#, JavaScript, and FetchXML . RESPONSIBILITIES: * Advanced technical development and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM . * Lead and manage teams operationally to achieve shared objectives. * Integrate solutions , manage security, and resolve complex issues. * Collaborate with key stakeholders to create technical solutions addressing business needs.
