




Job Summary: We are seeking a lead Software Engineer with Scrum experience, responsible for development teams and the technical evolution of projects. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development and growth of teams **Job Description** ---------------------- Co-lead and manage application development teams applying the Scrum agile framework, while serving as the primary technical owner. 1\. Collaborate jointly with the Product Manager and Designer as the owner of deliverables, quality, and outcomes for assigned projects. 2\. Recruit, motivate, evaluate, and develop team members' career paths. 3\. Manage communication both within and external to the teams under management. 4\. Foster team cohesion and resolve conflicts among managed teams. 5\. Oversee solution architecture design, leveraging knowledge from the development team and/or personal expertise, while also seeking collaboration with Enterprise Architecture. 6\. Responsible for keeping the technology stack of assigned projects and assets up to date. 7\. Manage technical debt for teams under management. 8\. Work with the development team to improve productivity. 9\. Ensure monitoring, detection, and communication of production incidents. 10\. Conduct periodic quality reviews. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in Software Engineering roles. * Minimum of 3 years of experience leading software engineering teams and implementing solutions. * Experience working with containers. * Experience developing web applications using technologies such as React or Angular (desirable). * Knowledge of backend technologies including Node.js (mandatory), Python, or .NET (desirable). * Experience developing RESTful APIs.
