Your role will be critical in addressing technical requirements—solving real business problems with clean and scalable code. Additionally, you’ll collaborate directly within the digital ecosystems of the companies we manage, such as **CEGICAP**, among other strategic units. * **Location:** On-site (Jesús María, Lima). * **Evolution:** Possibility of transitioning to a **hybrid** work model starting from the second month, based on performance. **Responsibilities and Learning** * **Support and Development:** Participate in backend and frontend features under supervision. * **Requirement Handling:** Implement enhancement requests and new modules for our systems. * **Optimization:** Learn how to debug code and improve production application performance. * **Dev Culture:** Use professional workflows (code reviews, deployments, agile methodologies). **Requirements** * **Backend:** Intermediate knowledge of **PHP** and databases. * **Frameworks:** Basic/intermediate experience with **Laravel**. * **Styling:** Proficiency in **Tailwind CSS** and **Bootstrap**. * **Tools:** Experience with **Git** (mandatory). * **Attitude:** Fast learner, good communication skills, and commitment. **Desirable (You’ll learn or reinforce these with us):** * **Ecosystem:** Familiarity with Livewire and Alpine.js (TALL Stack). * **Integrations:** Interest in payment gateways (Mercado Pago / PayPal) and external APIs (DNI/RUC, Zoom, etc.). * **Infrastructure:** Basic knowledge of **Docker** and environment variables. **Benefits (Formal Employment)** * **Compensation:** Starting base salary with potential increases within the first months, based on performance and learning curve. * **Statutory Benefits:** Formal employment with all corresponding benefits (bonuses, CTS, and vacation time). * **Training:** Personalized mentorship by senior developers and continuous technical support for your tasks.
