Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-oriented Community Manager to manage and strengthen the company's digital presence while optimizing the online experience. We are looking for a proactive, creative, and results-oriented Community Manager responsible for managing and strengthening the company's digital presence. This candidate must also possess web design knowledge, enabling optimization of the digital experience and continuous improvements across our online channels. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, among others). * Plan, create, and publish engaging, brand-aligned content. * Interact with the digital community (messages, comments, inquiries). * Monitor metrics and prepare performance reports. * Propose digital strategies to increase reach and engagement. * Support website updates and improvements (content, basic structure, UX). * Coordinate digital campaigns and product launches. * Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels. **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-year student in: * Marketing * Communications * Advertising * Systems Engineering * Software Engineering * Related fields * Experience in social media management and digital tools. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS, WordPress or other CMS). * Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or others). * Knowledge of digital analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). * Strong writing skills, spelling accuracy, and creativity. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a Community Manager. * Knowledge of UX/UI. * Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing. * Experience in advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads). **Competencies:** * Creativity * Effective communication * Organization * Results orientation * Adaptability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
