Key Responsibilities * Design of web and mobile experiences (UX/UI). * Creation of wireframes, user flows, and prototypes. * Participation in discovery, ideation, and usability testing. * Documentation and handoff to development. * Iteration of designs based on feedback. Requirements * Degree in Design, UX/UI, Communications, Advertising, or Engineering. * 1–2 years of experience (including internships or freelance work). * Portfolio demonstrating the design process. * Proficiency in Figma and foundational UX principles. * Strong visual judgment in UI. * Basic knowledge of accessibility. * Autonomy, organization, and openness to feedback.
