





**Responsibilities:** * Manage employee payroll and other minor payments, ensuring proper recording in the accounting system. * Supervise and reconcile the cash registers of both warehouses, ensuring all records are accurate. * Verify employee payroll settlements across different provinces to ensure accuracy. * Enter all company purchases into the accounting system, ensuring correct classification and recording of supporting documents. * File sales invoices and receipts in folders according to a sequential numbering system for easy access and future reference. * Prepare basic accounting reports on petty cash management, procurement, and other financial matters required by the department. * Support internal audit processes by providing requested documentation and reviewing accounting records. * Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial reports. * Reconcile the company’s bank accounts, verifying that all transactions are accurately recorded. * Collaborate with other company departments by responding to their requests for accounting or financial information. **Working Conditions:** * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Salary: S/.1500 per month **Requirements:** * Graduate of Accounting (Technical or University degree). * Minimum two years of work experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in the CONCAR accounting system. * Knowledge of the SIRE system. * Experience managing petty cash. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to review and organize accounting documents such as invoices and receipts. * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and administrative processes.
