What challenge do we offer you? * You will stay continuously updated on technological innovations, driving digital transformation. * You will participate in projects and developments with high visibility, making a difference through disruptive and specialized solutions across the entire value chain. **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site resolution to hardware and software operational issues in a * fast and efficient manner. * Configuration of equipment, PCs, printers, mobile devices, etc. * Address hardware failures affecting AUNA's computing assets. * Replace components of IT equipment. **Associated knowledge or requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support for desktop applications * Windows 10 and 11, Office 2003, 2007, 2016, 2021 and MAC, verifiable through employment certificates. * Experience in the healthcare sector * Desirable knowledge of ITIL Foundations.
