Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Supervisor to implement and maintain OHS management systems in mining projects, ensuring compliance with standards and staff awareness. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and supervision of the OHS management system. 2. Raising staff awareness to prevent incidents and accidents. 3. Working on major mining projects. We are a Solid Waste Operating Enterprise (SWOE), contracted by Las Bambas Mining Company (Challhuahuacho). We provide the following services: \- Collection and transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous solid waste to final destinations. \- Suction of wastewater from biodigesters, septic tanks, and chemical toilets. \- Conditioning/recycling/valorization of solid waste. Our mining clients include: \- Las Bambas Mining Company, Southern Copper, and other mining projects. We are currently seeking the following profile: **OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SUPERVISOR FOR MINING CLIENT** To perform the following duties: 1\. Implement the occupational health and safety management system according to the annual plan: (training, OHS statistics, OHS inspections, etc.). 2\. Document/update/modify OHS procedures, forms, and other related documents. 3\. On-site OHS supervision at Las Bambas SA Mine (including its camps along the mining corridor). Vehicle operation within the mine site. 4\. Raise staff awareness on OHS matters; enforce safety standards; prevent serious incidents and accidents. 5\. Submit OHS reports to mining clients. 6\. Follow ISO 45001:2018 guidelines. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Driver's license A1 with over 5 years of validity OR driver's license A2 with over 3 years of validity. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in mining (5 years in large-scale mining preferred). \- Licensed and registered professional engineer. \- Training in OHS legislation, ICAM methodology, emergency response, and ISO 45001:2018. \- PREFERRED: Experience with Las Bambas Mining Company. **WORK LOCATION** Challhuahuacho (for Las Bambas Mining Company) **CONDITIONS** \- 14 days on / 7 days off work schedule. \- Transportation allowances provided (90 soles per trip to Arequipa, Cusco, etc.) — negotiable. \- Meals and accommodation with hot water provided. \- Formal employment contract from day one. \- PREFERRED RESIDENCE: CUSCO, APURÍMAC, AREQUIPA, OR SOUTHERN PERU. **SALARY** Base: 4000 soles; subject to increase based on CV evaluation. **TO APPLY** \- Submit documented CV to the email address. \- Adult certification.
