Position Objective** Manage, supervise, and ensure the proper operation of hotel services (accommodation, cleaning, and customer service), guaranteeing quality standards, comfort, and employee satisfaction. **3\. Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily accommodation and general services operations. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of rooms, common areas, and sanitary facilities. * Monitor inventories of supplies, linens, cleaning products, and other items. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. * Address guest requirements, complaints, or requests. * Manage linen and textile handling, including receipt, control, and replenishment of clean items. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year in similar positions. **Knowledge** * Hotel management and customer service. * Hygiene and safety regulations. * Microsoft Office (basic level) **Competencies** * Leadership and team management. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Customer orientation. * Adaptability to remote locations.
