Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and execute blasting operations, ensuring adequate stock and proper use of DaveyTronic products, generating reports, and training personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Report generation and training RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock of DaveyTronic products at the operation site. * Verify availability of required resources at the operation site or request them as needed. * Perform blast design, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation processes. * Collect data from the blasting process and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast result tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting operations with the customer and provide process reports. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of experience in underground mining (preferred) * Minimum 2 years of experience in UG (preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience with electronic initiation systems (preferred) * Mining Technician or related field * Knowledge of explosives and detonators: usage and properties * Blasting design software * Knowledge of initiation sequence design * Class AIIB driver's license (preferred) * Residency in Lima, Pasco, or Huancayo
