**SITE SUPERVISOR (HOSPITAL) — CHICLAYO** Position: Site Supervisor / Construction Resident Location: Chiclayo, Peru Modality: On-site – Immediate availability Project type: Hospital infrastructure construction **Position Description:** We are seeking a Site Supervisor with proven experience in building projects, preferably in healthcare infrastructure, to supervise the construction of a new hospital in the city of Chiclayo. The professional will be responsible for ensuring technical, regulatory, and quality compliance throughout all phases of construction, monitoring schedule progress, site safety, and proper coordination with the Resident Engineer, contractors, and project team. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise construction work in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and current national regulations. \- Verify physical progress, material quality, construction methods, and schedule compliance. \- Prepare periodic technical reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). \- Coordinate with the Site Resident, contractors, specialists, and regulatory bodies as required. \- Enforce occupational health and safety standards on site. \- Review measurements, valuations, and related technical documentation. \- Identify risks and deviations, and propose timely technical solutions. **Requirements:** \- Licensed and active Civil Engineer or Architect (mandatory). \- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction (preferably hospital projects, or large-scale public or private infrastructure). \- Up-to-date knowledge of the RNE (National Building Regulation), safety standards, quality control, and construction procedures. \- Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, Excel, and Word (intermediate/advanced level). \- Experience preparing technical reports and managing documentation. \- Availability to work in Chiclayo for the entire duration of the project (required). \- Leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** \- Opportunity to join a high-impact project for the region. \- Market-competitive salary based on experience. \- Positive work environment and technical support from the project team. \- Potential for continued involvement in future projects.
