**Date:** Dec 4, 2025 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure continuous value delivery across the Segmentation, Promotions, and Loyalty fronts of the GTM 2.0 program by facilitating agile operations of the Analytics teams and ensuring seamless integration between business and technology. The Senior ATF is the tactical-operational orchestrator of the GTM 2.0 model: enables daily team execution, removes impediments, manages critical dependencies, drives continuous improvement, and ensures discipline in the Way of Working (WoW). Acts as a senior facilitation and mentoring reference, working closely with the Agile Coach and actively contributing to the evolution of the GTM 2.0 operational model. **What will you do in this role?** * Lead meetings and tactical planning to ensure focus, prioritization, and deliveries aligned with business objectives. * Anticipate and resolve blockers by coordinating across departments and vendors to maintain stable operational flow. * Align agile practices with waterfall processes and core platforms, ensuring methodological consistency and avoiding rework. * Identify and mitigate risks by coordinating actions with key departments to ensure predictability in deliveries. * Report progress, blockers, and critical decisions, keeping stakeholders informed to facilitate decision-making. * Guide Product Owners and teams in agile practices, promoting continuous improvement and increasing team autonomy and maturity. * Use and promote agile metrics to drive sustainable improvements in speed, lead time, and operational stability. **What do we need from you?** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in technology projects. * At least 3 years as a Certified Scrum Master, working with teams and senior-level stakeholders. * Deep understanding of domains, products, and customer journeys. * Experience managing waterfall projects and applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Proficiency in project and team management tools (Jira, Miro, Mural, etc.) and foundational agile metrics. * Ability to lead teams, foster innovation, and ensure delivery despite obstacles and dependencies.
