




Job Summary: We are seeking a Vehicle Driver I for the Mining sector in Cusco, responsible for vehicle operation and basic maintenance, while complying with safety and traffic regulations. Your opportunity for a better future is here! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive in compliance with the RITRA regulations. Before starting the vehicle, inspect its operability and report any abnormalities on the vehicle inspection checklist. Report the current vehicle mileage to the Fleet/Transport Supervisor at Manpower Peru (MPW) daily to schedule maintenance. Ensure that all vehicle documents — such as the PROPERTY CARD, SOAT, INSURANCE POLICY, TECHNICAL INSPECTION CERTIFICATE, and UNIT PHOTO-CHECK — are valid and up to date (check expiration dates). Before departure, verify that all occupants are wearing seat belts. Always comply with traffic signals. Conduct vehicle handover and receipt with other drivers, verifying safety standards and completing the inspection checklist. Ensure eight hours of rest before operating the vehicle and inform the Fleet Supervisor. Refuel when the fuel level reaches one-quarter of the tank. Comply with procedures (Constancia Project Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulation, RITRA). Comply with Manpower’s Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulation. Comply with and enforce area-specific procedures and instructions. Report any incidents occurring during the day. Maintain operability of assigned equipment or equipment sets. · REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education. Valid Class A-II-B driver’s license issued at least two years ago. Clean driving record. Availability to work under a 14x7 work schedule. Minimum two years’ certified experience driving vans for personnel transport (mandatory). Minimum two years’ certified experience driving minibuses. Basic mechanical knowledge. Valid defensive driving course certificate not older than one year (mandatory for hiring). Residency in Arequipa or Cusco.
