Job Objective** Conduct topographic surveying, layout, staking, and geometric control of the perimeter fence, guaranteeing accuracy in alignments, elevations, and dimensions according to project plans and technical specifications. **2\. Main Responsibilities** * Perform **topographic surveys** of the site prior to construction commencement to establish grades, slopes, and boundaries. * Carry out **layout and staking** of the axis and control points for the perimeter fence. * Verify **alignments and elevations** during construction to ensure correct positioning of structural elements (foundations, columns, mesh, walls, etc.). * Keep **topographic drawings and progress reports** up to date. * Coordinate with the **engineering and supervision teams** for on-site design adjustments. * Conduct **coordinate closure checks** and minor volume calculations related to earthwork and foundation activities. * Ensure proper **maintenance and calibration** of assigned survey equipment. * Comply with current **safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations** on site. **3\. Minimum Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree or university graduate in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** At least **2 years** in surveying work on civil construction or perimeter fencing projects. * **Skills:** * Operation of **total station, differential GPS, and automatic level.** * Proficiency in surveying software (**AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, ReCap, or equivalent**). * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Ability to read UTM coordinates and local geodetic references. **4\.
