**Position Objective:** Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Talent area, contributing to the proper execution of selection processes, personnel administration, workplace climate and culture, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination). * Manage and maintain up-to-date personnel files (physical and digital). * Support onboarding and offboarding of employees (contracts, induction, documentation). * Record and monitor attendance, vacations, leaves, and permissions in the ERP system (Buk). * Provide support for training activities, workplace climate initiatives, and employee well-being. * Address staff inquiries related to HR procedures. **Position Requirements:** * Education: University degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
